You may look capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck within.
Perhaps you know something needs to shift, but you do not yet have the words for it. Counselling can offer room to pause, make sense of what you are carrying, and understand how your experiences are shaping the present without treating you as a problem to be fixed.
What we can explore
Understanding the patterns beneath stress, shutdown, overthinking, and emotional intensity.
Gently exploring experiences that continue to live in your body, beliefs, and relationships.
Making space for cultural identity, queerness, neurodiversity, migration, and becoming.
Noticing relational patterns and building more honest, connected ways of relating.
Moving alongside loss, change, endings, and the uncertainty of a new chapter.
Reflecting on meaningful experiences from body-based care, healing practices, or moments of insight.
How we work together
I believe you are the expert on your own life. Our work is collaborative and paced with care, drawing from approaches that help us listen to both your story and your nervous system.
Your needs, values, and lived experience guide the work.
We meet protective parts with compassion and explore what they may be trying to do for you.
We notice the body’s signals and build capacity for regulation, choice, and safety.
We explore meaning, agency, identity, and the stories shaping how you see yourself.

Meet your counsellor
I offer counselling grounded in warmth, cultural humility, curiosity, and respect for the wisdom already within you.
As a queer South Asian immigrant, I understand that healing does not happen outside of culture, identity, family, community, and systems. I welcome the complexity of who you are and aim to create a space where you do not have to edit yourself to belong.
My work is especially informed by the experiences of LGBTQ+ people, neurodivergent adults, immigrants, racialized communities, and people working in high-pressure or service-based environments.
Before we begin
The consultation is a low-pressure place to share what brings you to counselling, ask questions, and notice how it feels to speak together. There is no obligation to continue.
We begin by getting to know what is happening in your life, what support would feel meaningful, and what pace feels manageable. You do not need to arrive with a polished story or know exactly where to begin.
A limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available. You are welcome to ask during your consultation.
Integration counselling offers space to reflect on insights or emotions arising through body-based care, personal healing practices, major transitions, or other meaningful experiences, and to explore how they may be carried into everyday life.
When you feel ready
The first step is simply a conversation. There is no pressure and no need to have the right words.
