You may look capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck within.
Perhaps you know something needs to shift, but you do not yet have the words for it. Counselling can offer room to pause, make sense of what you are carrying, and understand how your experiences are shaping the present without treating you as a problem to be fixed.
Rooted in reciprocity, growing in awareness.
Across South Asian traditions, its shade has offered a place to gather, rest, reflect, and reconnect. It reminds me that healing does not happen in isolation. We are shaped by our relationships, cultures, communities, and the world around us.
At Pipal Support, being rooted in reciprocity means recognizing that healing is relational and grounded in care, trust, and respect. Growing in awareness means gently turning toward your inner world, noticing patterns with curiosity, and creating space for new possibilities.
Like a tree, growth can be slow, seasonal, and nonlinear. With safety and care, what is already within you can take root and unfold in its own time.
Meet your counsellor
I offer counselling grounded in warmth, cultural humility, curiosity, and deep respect for the wisdom you already carry. Together, we can slow down, explore the experiences and patterns shaping your life, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and trust in yourself.
As a queer South Asian immigrant, I understand healing as deeply connected to culture, identity, family, community, spirituality, faith, and the systems that shape our lives. I welcome the fullness and complexity of who you are, creating space for every part of your story to be met with care, dignity, and a sense of belonging.
My practice is especially informed by the experiences of marginalized communities, including 2SLGBTQI+ people, neurodivergent adults, immigrants, racialized communities, and people working in high-pressure or service-based environments. Our work can support you in deepening self-understanding, strengthening your relationship with your inner world, and finding ways forward that feel authentic and sustainable.
What we can explore
Understanding the patterns beneath stress, shutdown, overthinking, and emotional intensity.
Gently exploring experiences that continue to live in your body, beliefs, and relationships.
Making space for cultural identity, queerness, neurodiversity, migration, and becoming.
Noticing relational patterns and building more honest, connected ways of relating.
Moving alongside loss, change, endings, and the uncertainty of a new chapter.
Reflecting on meaningful, spiritual, body-based, or non-ordinary experiences and exploring how their insights can be integrated into everyday life.
How we work together
I believe you are the expert on your own life. Our work is collaborative and paced with care, drawing from approaches that help us listen to both your story and your nervous system.
Your needs, values, and lived experience guide the work.
We meet protective parts with compassion and explore what they may be trying to do for you.
We notice the body’s signals and build capacity for regulation, choice, and safety.
We explore meaning, agency, identity, and the stories shaping how you see yourself.

Before we begin
The consultation is a low-pressure place to share what brings you to counselling, ask questions, and notice how it feels to speak together. There is no obligation to continue.
We begin by getting to know what is happening in your life, what support would feel meaningful, and what pace feels manageable. You do not need to arrive with a polished story or know exactly where to begin.
A limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available. You are welcome to ask during your consultation.
Integration counselling offers a grounded space to reflect on emotions, insights, or shifts arising through body-based care, spiritual practices, personal healing work, major transitions, or non-ordinary experiences. Together, we can explore what the experience means to you and how its insights may support your everyday life, relationships, and continued growth.
When you feel ready
The first step is simply a conversation. There is no pressure and no need to have the right words.
